Per shift

Pay cost includes overtime (over 40 hrs in a Mon to Sun week at 1.5x). Billable = hours x bill rate saved on each shift; billing has no OT markup. Margin = billable minus pay cost. Open punches are not counted until clocked out. The Jason invoice shows only billable hours, bill rates and amounts.

Fill in what you know. On first login the employee walks through only the blank fields (preferred name, email, phone, emergency contact) and then chooses their own PIN.

Shift templates

A template makes a shift on each chosen day. Positions decide pay and bill (the employee's rate for that role). Changes apply to newly created shifts; existing ones keep their slots. Turn a template Active to post shifts.

Schedule email queue

Assign, auto-assign, swap and cancel notices queue here. Nothing is sent while schedule emails are OFF.

Roles and rate ranges

Bill = what we charge Jason per hour. Pay = what we pay the employee. Ranges are guides; each employee gets an exact number on the Employees tab. Changing a role here does not change shifts already worked.

Weekly report emails

Every Monday at 8 AM CT each employee with an email gets last week's hours and punches. Miguel is BCC'd on every one.
